We opened our doors in 2020, but have been in the meat charcuterie industry for 14-years making delicious European-inspired recipes for humans.





Our meat is grown and sourced from the USA. All of our meat used is human-grade, it is the same meat sold in supermarkets and restaurants.


Yes. All of our products are either baked, freeze-dried, or cooked in the beautiful State of Utah. 


Charcuterie is the culinary art of preparing meats such as bacon, salami, ham, sausage, terrines, galantines, ballotines, pâtés, and confit. Someone that prepares charcuterie is called a Charcutier.




No, we only offer delicious artisan dog treats.


Yes, our artisan dog treats are a supplemental treat, not a complete and balanced food item.

Our artisan dog treats are shelf stable and do not need to be refrigerated before or after opening.  We recommend you place the product in a cool, dry place not in direct sunlight to preserve the full delicious flavor.
